CBAS Services Ltd is a Community Computers Partner. So what does that mean?

As a Community Computers Partner we work with partner organizations to facilitate the donation of refurbished computers to needy families in Saskatchewan.

So we have some stuff to donate - what do we do with it?

Donors who bring computers to our office can choose to donate their items to one of three non profits. These are Community Computers Regina Inc, Community Computers Prince Albert Inc and STEM: The Stem Cell Advocacy Group Inc.

What happens to the material we donate?

Donated computer equipment is sorted, refurbished and either donated back into the community or sold to raise funds for the non profit groups and their activities.

What else do you do under this program of yours?

We also arrange for computer donations based on referrals from other non profit organizations, service agencies and at the direction of the partner organizations.

So to recap!
1) we accept donations of used computers (that probably would have been tossed out anyway's)
2) we refurbish and sell used computers to raise money for local non profits
3) we get to give away free stuff to people who really need it.
